About Shane

Shane Hade is a seasoned technology and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and efficiency across Financial Services, Technology, and Healthcare sectors. Renowned for his ability to bridge technical and executive perspectives, Shane excels at streamlining operations, architecting scalable solutions, and leading digital transformations that deliver measurable business impact.

Shane conducts rigorous technical due diligence for financial, fintech, healthcare, and technology firms. He’s evaluated architectures and security postures for healthcare SaaS platforms, UK media intelligence providers, mobile-app monetization services, online booking platforms, and payment solutions—ensuring robust scalability and data protection across each engagement.

As Managing Partner of Spark Legacy LLC since 2020, Shane provides in‑house advisory for portfolio companies and Fortune 500 clients, shaping go‑to‑market strategies, technology roadmaps, and funding initiatives. In dual interim executive roles, he guided PhotoShield’s AI‑driven endpoint security platform as CEO and led financial restructuring at Deven Software as CFO, restoring profitability and positioning both businesses for sustained growth.

From 2014 to 2020, Shane served as CEO of Terma Software Inc., steering a remarkable turnaround that culminated in a strategic acquisition by Broadcom. Under his leadership, Terma achieved 300% revenue growth, a tenfold increase in deal size, and evolved its product suite into a full-scale enterprise AIOps platform, winning marquee clients like Morgan Stanley, JPMC, and Nike.

Earlier in his career, Shane co‑founded Avhealio LLC, advising healthcare systems on custom software and analytics to support value‑based care, and led EDIMS Inc. as CEO and CIO of its parent organization, doubling market share for its Emergency Department EMR before its acquisition. He was also a foundational leader at Send Word Now Inc., securing venture funding and enterprise contracts, and managed global systems integration for JPMorgan Chase during one of the industry’s largest mergers.

Shane holds Computer Science and History studies from University of Memphis and UC Davis, and completed executive programs at MIT Sloan and CSAIL. He remains active in HIMSS, IHT2, EMA, and SIIA, and sits on boards including Terma Software and Chartscape. An award‑winning speaker and published author in CIO Review and CIO Applications, Shane continues to advance his expertise through studies in data science, machine learning, and securities examinations.
