About Lee
Lee Pearson is an executive leader, strategist, and business-builder, known for driving value acceleration and transformative growth across private equity–backed ventures, public companies, and high-growth startups, launching multi-million-dollar digital platforms, and incubating breakthrough technology ventures (Verizon Digital, HULU, Fox Networks, Assuritive, Random/Order).
Lee is the founder and CEO of Electrigarden Ventures, a venture studio that incubates and launches internally developed ventures.
Under his leadership, Electrigarden developed Exit Launchpad, an innovative framework and service leveraging AI to drive company value acceleration before a sale, incubated Project VELVET, a breakthrough Agentic AI-Native Education Platform, and co-founded Assuritive, a cloud-resiliency SaaS protecting $3 trillion in corporate treasury transactions. Recently, he has advised a real-time ‘holographic’ AI company serving NASA and the Dallas Cowboys, a mid-sized light-manufacturing company on scalable growth strategy, and fast-tracked a 300-acre real-estate entitlement by resolving complex regulatory and community diplomacy challenges.
Prior to Electrigarden, Lee held senior roles at Verizon Digital Media Services, where he introduced the $600 million launch of the VDMS streaming-media platform to major entertainment companies, and at Fox Networks Group, where he unified $4 billion in traditional advertising with digital sponsorships, building Fox Digital Ad Solutions ($42M), and negotiated global digital distribution deals that lifted Fox Sports’ FUEL TV revenue by 74%. Earlier in his career, Lee turned around Hub 360 for family office Equidex, driving a 150% increase in order volume and doubling revenue within 24 months. He co-founded Random/Order, an innovative media technology company, winning strategic partnerships with AT&T, Microsoft, and Canal+. As chairman and a leading commercial film director, Lee led Open Films’ Academy, Emmy, and Clio-winning directors in producing television commercials for Fortune 500 Brands, as well as TV and feature film content for studios and television networks.
Lee holds executive education in M&A from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Brooks Institute. He has served on multiple boards and brings a rare blend of analytical precision, strategic vision, and creative innovation to every engagement—motivated by creating lasting value for shareholders, teams, and communities.
